Ordering Online
Ordering Online with us is safe and secure! We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Money Order or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then post the form to the address above.
Deliveries
We use couriers to ship your orders as fast as we can. To most of Europe, if we receive your order before 10am, then you can expect delivery the next day. We despatch on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays but prefer not to ship on Thursdays or Fridays as there is a possibility of your order being stuck over the weekend. We ship in insulated sleeves/boxes with ice packs to ensure that the product stays cool whilst in transit. If we have your email address, you will receive, if outside Ireland, notification by the couriers with the shipping details.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.
Shipping Information
Shipping charges are added at current rates and are dependent on the weight and destination of the shipment.
Shipping charges (and delivery options) will be quoted during the order process and before the payment section; however, you will have to be registered and logged in before shipping rates are shown.
Our prices do not include any local taxes or import duties where applicable.
