A special message to all those who visited the Irish Smoked Wild Salmon Presidium Stand at the end of October at the Salone del Gusto in Turin. Thank you and it was a great pleasure to meet and talk with you about our smoked salmon. We were very honoured to be there.

We were also delighted and honoured to be amongst the 4,800 delegates from over 130 countries represented at the Terra Madre conference that was run alonside the Salone del Gusto. We were asked to contribute a paper on 'sutainable fisheries, the environment and marketing strategies', all of which are important if the wild fishery and Irish smoked wild salmon are to continue into the future.
